摘要
铜铟镓硒光伏电池由于高转换率、光吸收能力强、弱光性好、衰退少等特点,受到国内外业界广泛关注,并在国外大量应用。为在国内推广应用,通过收集资料、调研、示范工程等,掌握了大量的数据资料,并编制了相关标准。
copper-indium gallium selenium photovoltaics have been widely concerned by domestic and foreign industries,and have been widely used abroad because of the characteristics of high conversion rate,strong light absorption ability,weak light properties and low recession.In order to promote its application in the country,a large amount of data and related standards have been compiled through data collection,research,demonstration projects,etc..
