摘要 为了减轻高功率电子装备对装载平台的电力系统和冷却系统不断增加的电量和热沉负荷,本文从热能回收与综合利用角度,在典型液冷循环系统回路中设计一种低温热能"同级和升级"使用技术的集成系统方案。重点阐述了热能直接使用与转换为电能使用的实现原理,总结了相关关键技术的研究现状:相变储热与传导技术、热电转换技术,分析了不同装载平台的适用性和未来发展方向。该集成系统通过消耗热载荷总量,减少热沉需求,提高散热效率并实现部分能源自主供给和环境友好,为高功率电子装备的一体化热/能量综合管理系统、能源利用效率的提升提供一定的参考价值。 To decrease the load of heat sink of liquid cooling and power of electrical system of the high power electronic equipment,the integration scheme of heat in low-temperature used at the same and senior level was designed based on the typical liquid cooling circulation system in this paper from the point of the recovery and utilization of thermal energy.The principle of realization of the heat used directly and converted to electric energy was figured prominently.The research status of the key technology of realizing the thermal storage in phase transfer and thermal conduction and thermoelectric conversions was summarized,and the applicability of different installation platforms and the technology development direction were analysed.Considering that the system cooling efficiency could be enhanced by consuming the total amount of thermal load to decrease the requirement of heat sink and that could realize the independent energy supply partly and environmentally-friendly.It could provide reference for the integration of thermal and energy management system and the improvement of power usage effectiveness.
