国内高校科研人员对“中国科技论文在线”的认知与使用状况调查

Survey on Cognition and Usage Status of Sciencepaper Online in China University Researchers

"中国科技论文在线"是我国最大、全球第二大预印本论文数据库,也是目前为止全球唯一有同行评议机制的预印本数据库。为了解国内高校科研人员对"中国科技论文在线"的认知、使用情况,进行了全国网络问卷调查。基于1 021份有效问卷数据,从受访者的基本情况、对预印本论文数据库认知和使用意愿、优秀论文与北大核心期刊论文质量比较、对其推广态度及单篇论文费用支付意愿等方面对结果进行了分析,并提出了让国内高校全面认可"中国科技论文在线"论文评级结论的措施。本次调查结果有助于推动国内高校对"中国科技论文在线"的认知度与认可意愿,加速我国学术出版范式的变革。

'Sciencepaper Online'is China’s largest and the world’s second largest preprinted database,and it is also the only preprinted database in the world which has independent peer review system.In order to understand the recognition and usage status of'Sciencepaper Online'by university researchers in China,this paper conducts a national online questionnaire survey,based on 1 021 valid questionnaires,analyzes the results from the aspects of basic information of the interviewees,cognition and usage willingness to preprint paper database,quality comparison between excellent papers and core journals of Peking University,promotion attitude and willingness to pay for a paper,and finally puts forward measures to make domestic universities fully recognize the paper rating conclusion of'Sciencepaper Online'.The results of this survey will help to promote the recognition and acceptance of'Sciencepaper Online',and can accelerate the transformation of China’s academic publishing paradigm.
