农业转移人口及其养老保险参保影响因素研究

A Research on Agricultural Transfer Population and Influence Factors of Their Endowment Insurance Coverage

坚持走中国特色新型城镇化道路,推进以人为核心的城镇化是党的十八届三中全会提出的新要求。新型城镇化不仅需要政策支持,更需要相关保障制度的综合推进。基于现有相关研究资料,本研究重点分析新型城镇化下农业转移人口及其养老保险参保影响因素,并针对其现存问题进行归因研究,以期对推动我国新型城镇化及农业转移人口市民化提供相关依据和借鉴。

Adhering to the new road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics and promoting the human-centered urbani-zation is new requirements which proposed in the Third Plenary Session of the Party's Eighteenth Central Committee. Newurbanization calls for not only a variety of policy support,but also comprehensive promotion of related insurance systems.Based on existing materials of the relevant research materials,this study focuses on analyzing the agricultural transfer popu-lation under the new urbanization policy,influence factors about their endowment insurance and an attribution study of theexisting problems,hoping to promote China's new urbanization and provide the basis and reference.
