摘要
"成康之治"是中国历史上第一个盛世,成康期间君臣以史为鉴的忧患意识、重民惠民的民本意识、君明臣贤的进取意识、崇尚道德的教化意识和明德慎罚的法治意识是缔造盛世的主要动因。
The period of kings Cheng and Kang is considered as the first flourishing age in Chinese history. The sufferingconsciousness using history as a reference,the public consciousness of valuing people and obliging people,the enterprisingconsciousness of the sagacious king and wisdom ministers,the civilization consciousness of advocating morality,the lawconsciousness of upholding morality and using penalty cautiously are main reasons of creating the flourishing age.
