宁夏扩大对外开放的问题与对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Expanding the Opening- up of Ningxia

宁夏作为我国"内陆开放型经济试验区",近年来在对外开放领域取得显著成绩,但由于宁夏地理区位的先天不足、生产要素缺乏、经济发展水平偏低等原因,导致其对外开放度较低、贸易结构单一、经济外向程度不高等问题。随着党中央"要放宽投资准入,加快自由贸易区建设,扩大内陆沿边开放"的政策,宁夏可以在农产品、能源产业、穆斯林产业、文化旅游产业等产业大有作为,这需要加强口岸及贸易区建设、深化经济体制改革、构建对外开放产业体系、深化区域交流与合作等。

Ningxia is an'Open Inland Economic Experimental Zone'in China and has made significant achievements in recent years in opening- up fields. Because of its congenitally deficient geographical location,lacking of production factors,low- level economic development and so on,the opening degree of Ningxia is low,the trade structure is single,economic extroversion degree is not high. With the policy to'relax investment access,speed up the construction of free trade area,expand to open the interior border',Ningxia has great potential in agricultural products,energy industry,Muslim industry,cultural and tourism industry. It's necessary to strengthen the construction of the port and trade area,deepen the reform of economic system,construct the industry system for opening up and deepen regional exchanges and cooperation.
