自上世纪70年代以来,罗尔斯的正义论不断遭到来自各方面的诘难,时至今日,人们已经开始怀疑自由主义是否能为社会正义问题提供最终的解决之道。在社群主义学者的呼吁下,人们越来越重视传统正义理论对当代社会的价值。只有回到自由主义之前,我们或许才能通过超越自由主义来为正义寻找更为坚实的理论根基。

Since the 1970 s,Rawls' s justice theory has being disapproved from all sides in the field of political philosophy.Even today,people have begun to doubt whether liberalism can provide the final solution on social justice issues. Spurred by the appeal from communitarianism scholars,people begin to pay more and more attention to the value of traditional justice theory. Only return to the period before liberalism,perhaps we can seek a more solid theoretical foundation for justice by surmounting liberalism.
