摘要 清末,倡导西方文化但激烈批判中国传统文化之风日益强烈。面对历史沧桑巨变,辜鸿铭作为清末大儒,开始"反其道而行之",他认为欧洲各国应向中国传统文化吸取精华,并开始思索怎样把国学推出国门之问题。辜鸿铭在1989年把《论语》翻译成英文,不仅成为中国第一个把儒家经典"东学西传"之人,而且其《论语》译本更被誉为风靡欧美的唯一英译版本。该书透露出的文化自信与翻译方法,不仅便于《论语》在世界的传播,而且重建了中国文化的尊严与自信。 At the end of the Qing Dynasty,the strong criticism of western culture has become stronger and stronger and the wind of Chinese traditional culture is becoming stronger and stronger. Facing the historical vicissitudes,Gu Hung- ming as a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty,began to ' the opposite',he thinks European countries should to the China traditional culture absorbs the essence,and start thinking about how the Chinese out of the country. In 1989 Gu Hung- ming could have the ' Analects of Confucius' translated into English,not only to become China the first Confucian classics ' west biography' people and the versions of the Analects of Confucius is known as popular in Europe and America only English versions. The book reveals the cultural confidence and translation method,not only facilitate the spread of the analects of Confucius in the world,and rebuild the dignity and self- confidence of Chinese culture.
