人的全面发展是马克思主义的价值指向和理论依归。从"人的依赖关系"到"以物的依赖性为基础的人的独立性",再到"自由个性"的生成,这是人的发展在劳动和交往所构建的历史二维坐标上合规律的演进过程,是在劳动不断趋向自由和解放,以及社会交往的不断扬弃中实现的。社会主义建设的生动实践就是人的全面发展的现实生长点。在推进"四个全面"战略布局,发展中国特色社会主义的当代语境中,马克思人的全面发展理论依然具有丰富的实践内涵和巨大的现实意义。
