将生产力看作人改造和征服自然的能力,是造成生态环境破坏的根本原因。逐步实现生产力的生态化是从经济上持续推进生态文明的基本目标和根本选择。生产力生态化就是将生态化的原则(人与自然的和谐)贯彻到生产力的各个环节、各个方面、各个过程,实现生产要素、生产环节、生产过程和生产目标的生态化,最终实现经济过程和经济体系的生态化。科技、教育和管理不仅是生产力的渗透要素,也是推动生产力生态化的动因力量。科技创新、教育创新和管理创新是推进生产力生态化趋势的基本路径。

It is the root cause of the destruction of the ecological environment that regarding productivity as the ability for people to transform and conquer the nature. The gradual realization of productivity ecology is the basic goal and the fundamental choice to continue to promote ecological civilization in economy. Ecological productivity is to implement the ecological principles( harmony between human and nature) to each link of productivity,various aspect and each process,to achieve the ecologicalization of production factors,production links,production process and production goals,finally torealize ecologicalization of the economic process and economic system. Science and technology,education and management are not only the permeable elements of productivity,but also the driving force to promote the ecological of productivity. Science and technology innovation,the education innovation and management innovation is the basic path of propelling the ecological trend of productivity.
