摘要
本文针对建筑内停水后忘关闭阀门,管道渗漏水现象较为严重,个人不良用水习惯导致的用水量过大的问题,提出了一种以单片机为核心的基于压力流量复合监测技术的智能化防漏节水控制系统设计方法。硬件设计部分本文论述了系统总体硬件电路设计、压力及流量传感器硬件电路设计、无线通信硬件接口电路设计,软件设计部分给出智能控制端和遥控播报端主程序的工作流程图。本设计的实际性能通过后期使用得到验证,达到了预期的效果。
According to water waste problem in the building caused by forgetting to close the water valve after water supply suspension,serious leakage phenomenon on water supply pipeline and personal bad habits,this paper puts forward the design of intelligent control system in leak resistance and water saving based on pressure and flow monitoring technology which is based on single chip microcomputer using pressure sensor and flow sensor.The article mainly analyzes the general design method,pressure sensor and flow sensor circuit design and wireless communication interface circuit design in hardware.In software design the paper gives the intelligent controller's and the remote control-speech broadcast device's program flowchars of the master routine.The actual performance has been verified by the latter term usage,so the design has gotten the desired result.
