摘要
针对核电厂一回路系统发生故障时报警信息量大、处理时限紧迫等特点,提出了基于多层流模型的智能警报分析方法,并对报警之间的因果关系进行了分析。以双环路压水堆核电厂一回路主冷却剂系统为研究对象,构建了主冷却剂系统的多层流模型,并建立了警报分析专家知识库。仿真结果表明,基于多层流模型的报警分析方法能够快速准确地识别原因性警报,以达到压缩警报数量、辅助运行人员决策的目的,从而有效提高核电厂的智能化运行水平。
In view of the large amount of alarm information and the urgency of dealing with the time limit in the fault of the primary loop system of nuclear power plant,an intelligent alarm analysis method based on multi-level flow model is proposed,and the causality between the alarm is analyzed.Taking primary coolant system of two-loop pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant as the object,establishing the multi-level flow models of nuclear power plant primary coolant system,and building the alarm analysis expert knowledge bases.The simulation results show that the alarm analysis system based on multi-level flow model can quickly and accurately identify the cause alarm,in order to achieve the number of compressed alarms and assist the operator to make decision,so as to effectively improve the intelligent operation level of the nuclear power plant.
