摘要
为解决水轮机活动导叶卡涩而导致的剪断销破坏、检修频繁、经济性差等问题。在鉴于传统设计方案的前提下,对导水机构-活动导叶的结构进行了改进设计。该设计方案从理论上来说能够解决卡涩时破坏剪断销的问题,同时也能够不影响其他导叶的正常工作,检修方便。最后,通过专家评定、专利申请两个方面验证了该设计方案的创新性和合理性,为后续导水机构的优化设计提供了参考依据。
In order to solve the problems of cutting pin damage,frequent maintenance and poor economy caused by the jamming of movable guide vanes of hydraulic turbines.In view of the traditional design scheme,the structure of the guide mechanism-movable guide vane was improved.The design scheme can theoretically solve the problem of damaging the cutting pin when jamming,and at the same time,it can not affect the normal work of other guide vanes and is convenient for maintenance.Finally,the innovation and rationality of the design scheme are verified through expert evaluation and patent application,which provides a reference for the optimization design of the follow-up water diversion mechanism.
