摘要
近年来,中国经济的高速增长和产业结构的优化升级,推动了包括酒店业在内的商业地产大发展,中国也成为全球酒店业聚焦的核心市场。国际酒店管理集团全面渗透中国酒店行业,与业主方的经营管理理念和方式发生较大分歧。如何达成共识,形成利益相关方共赢的合作模式,促进酒店良性发展成了业内关注的问题。本文主要以无锡凯宾斯基饭店为例,从国际饭店管理集团的市场特征和在中国面临的问题为切入,谈谈管理公司和业主方成功合作和博弈的经验。
in recent years,China's rapid economic growth and the upgrading of industrial structure have promoted the development of commercial real estate including the hotel industry,and China has become the core market focused by the global hotel industry.International hotel management groups have comprehensively penetrated into the Chinese hotel industry,and have great differences with the owner in management philosophy and methods.For interested parties,how to reach a consensus,form a win-win cooperation model and promote the healthy development of the hotel has become a concern in the industry.Taking Kempinski hotel Wuxi as an example,this paper discusses the successful cooperation and game experience between the management company and the owner based on the market characteristics of the international hotel management group and the problems it faces in China.
