摘要
国家领导人重视创新,高校加强创新课程建设之际,我校教师创设了"工管合成"创新思维及应用这门课程,该课程采取了"在线课程+线下课堂+实践"的教学模式,将大学生创新思维与其实践能力相结合。为了解这门新开设课程的教学效果,作者对其任课教师进行访谈,对上课的学生进行问卷调查。结果发现学生对课程的满意度较高,跨专业跨年级选修课的教学效果好于单一专业的必修课。原因可能有三:一是跨专业的思维碰撞;二是通选课学生的主观意愿比较强;三是通选课的学生年级更低。因而建议在低年级开展跨专业的创新思维课程的教学,更加注重学生的团队创新能力。
The state leader thinks highly of innovation.The university strengthens the construction of innovation curriculum.so that our teachers offer a course called Innovative Thinking and Practice Based on Combination of Engineering and Management.This course adopts the teaching mode of“online course+off-line classroom+practice”,and combines college students'innovative thinking and practical ability.To learn of the teaching effect of this new course,we interview with their teachers,and use questionnaire survey to the students.The result shows that students are very satisfied with the course.The teaching effect of cross-major and cross-grade elective courses is better than that of single-major compulsory courses.There may be three reasons:one is the thought collision between different majors,one is strong subjective will of the students in elective course,and the last one is the lower grades of the students in elective course.Therefore,we suggest that the innovative thinking courses should be carried out in lower grades,and should pay more attention to team innovation ability.
