居民区移动通信覆盖建设需求评估体系研究

Research on Needs Assessment System of Mobile Communication Coverage Construction in Residential Areas

随着城市建设的快速发展,居民区呈现出类型多、规模大、密度高的特点。同时,居民区内用户的通信行为也已逐步由固定转变为移动。而现有评估模式只是被动式的由用户投诉才进行覆盖建设,因此急需建立一套新的评估体系来解决"在哪里建"的问题,从而支撑居民区移动通信的信号覆盖建设和市场发展。

With the rapid development of urban construction,residential areas are characterized by many types,large scale and high density.At the same time,the communication behavior of users in residential areas has gradually changed from fixed to mobile.However,the existing evaluation model is only passively constructed by user complaints,so it is urgent to establish a new evaluation system to solve the“where to build”problem,so as to support the signal coverage construction and market development of residential mobile communications.
