摘要
汽轮发电机定子线圈采用定子水内冷,当出现冷却水流量减少或中断时,定子线圈温度就会上升,危及发电机安全。二厂机组投运以来,出现定子冷却水流量异常的故障较多,其中以断水保护引起的流量故障较为常见。本文通过对上述故障进行分析,且对实施改造后现阶段运行状况进行说明,并针对性地提出现阶段运行存在的问题和建议,对进一步优化发电机定子冷却水系统运行有一定指导借鉴意义。
Turbo generator stator coil cooling by water cooling,when cooling water flow reduction or interruption,stator coil temperature will increase,will endanger the generator safety.From the operation of our factory set up to now,there are many reasons for the cooling water flow failures,such as protection device etc..This article carries on the analysis to the above fault,is described on the operation condition of cooling water system now,and put forward the problems and suggestions existing in operation,has certain reference significance to better guide the generator stator cooling water system operation.
