摘要
根据电网的暴雨灾害形成机制,选取临海的DEM、河网、植被、财政收入以及电网资料等数据,建立孕灾环境敏感性、承灾体暴露性和防灾减灾能力评估模型。以100 m×100 m的栅格为基本评估单元,建立各个影响因子的分布图,依据层次分析法确定相应权重,得到评估结果等级图。综合孕灾环境敏感性、承灾体暴露性和防灾减灾能力,计算临海电网的脆弱性分布,在古城街道和大洋街道以及杜桥镇较高,而括苍镇和尤溪镇相对较低。
According to the principles of risk assessment for natural disasters,assessment models on power grid was built including 3 factors: the sensitivity of disaster environment,the exposure of hazard bearing body and the ability to prevent and mitigate disaster. Main data used in this research includs the DEM,river network,vegetation coverage,revenue and power grid data. Using 100 m × 100 m raster as basic assessment unit,the map of influencing factors were created,and the weights of which were determined through the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Map of vulnerability of power grid in Linhai City was calculated together with these three factors which is high in Gucheng,Dayang Subdistric and Duqiao Town. It is low in Kuocang and Youxi Town.
