基于BIM技术的绿色建筑中太阳能利用仿真分析 被引量:6

摘要 BIM(建筑信息模型)技术自2004年被引入以来,不断为我国建筑行业注入新的生命力。本文利用BIM技术,以南京市某科技产业园内一幢综合楼作为研究对象,实现了该绿色建筑表面及室外场地太阳能辐射情况的仿真,并分析了如何根据仿真结果高效利用太阳能资源,模拟计算了全年光伏系统发电量与综合楼耗电量。旨在为绿色建筑对可再生能源的利用提供更合理的方式,从而提高绿色建筑的可持续性能,降低其对自然环境及资源的影响。 The technology of building information modeling has continued to inject new vitality into Chinese construction industry since it was introduced in 2004. This paper chose a comprehensive building in a science and technology park in Nanjing as the research object. We used BIM technology and implement the simulation of the solar radiation condition on the green building surface and outdoor venues at first. Secondly,according to the results,we analyzed how to use the solar energy resources more efficiently. Thirdly,we simulated and calculated the annual generating capacity of the PV system and the energy consumption of the comprehensive building. The aim of this paper was to provide a more reasonable way to use renewable energy in green buildings,so as to improve their sustainable performance and reduce their influence on the natural environment and resources.
