健身最适能量消耗的阶段分测及相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 提出了一种阶段分测的健身最适能量消耗测定模型。首先通过加速度传感器对人体数据采集,并采用基于标准差的时域特征检测策略和基于小波的频域特征检测策略进行健身状态分析,然后以不同身高、不同年龄、不同体重的人群为研究对象,对平静阶段、运动阶段分别进行能耗测定,并对走路健身和跑步健身进行了分测,最后对步速与步频相关性、不同身高对健身能耗的影响因素、步频与健身能耗的相关性、不同年龄对健身能耗的影响因素、相同速度和距离情况下的走路健身与跑步健身的能耗对比进行了实验与分析。实验结果表明,本文提出的模型能较好的实现不同人群的最适健身能耗测定,实现科学健身的目的。 This paper presents a method for the determination of the fitness and energy consumption of the fitness,which is based on the acceleration of the human body. Standard deviation of the time domain feature detection strategy and wavelet-based frequency domain feature detection strategy for fitness status analysis,and then different height,different age,different weight of the crowd as the object of study,the calm stage,the movement stage were measured energy consumption,And the walking fitness and running fitness were measured,and finally on the pace and pace frequency correlation,different height of the fitness energy consumption factors,frequency and fitness energy consumption,the impact of different age on fitness energy Factors,the same speed and distance of the walking fitness and running fitness comparison of energy consumption experiments and analysis. The experimental results show that the proposed model can achieve the best fitness energy consumption of different people,and realize the purpose of scientific fitness.
