皖南地区不同烤烟种质产量产值与农艺性状的相关分析 被引量:3

Analysis of Correlation Between Yield and Production Value and Agronomic Traits in Different Varieties of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要 以41份育成烤烟品种(系)为试验材料,研究了不同烤烟种质在皖南地区的农艺性状与烟叶产量产值表现,并对主要农艺性状和产量的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:各性状在不同烤烟品种(系)之间均存在不同程度的变异,但在叶部及茎围上的变异程度已经相对较小。相关分析表明,产量产值均与节距呈显著正相关,而与茎围呈显著负相关。进一步进行偏相关及通径分析,结果表明,产量与节距和叶数呈显著正相关,与茎围呈显著负相关,偏相关系数分别为0.519、0.385和-0.549,且直接通径系数分别为0.706、0.515和-0.511。产值与叶数和节距呈极显著正相关,与茎围呈极显著负相关,偏相关系数分别为0.618、0.478和-0.625,且直接通径系数分别为0.862、0.434和-0.409。结合皖南地区的气候特点,本研究认为,皖南烟区在选择烟草品种时可考虑节距稍大,打顶后的株高、茎围和腰叶长度适中的品种。 In order to dissect the relationship between yield and production value and agronomic traits in tobacco,forty one tobacco varieties and breeding lines from regional test and Tobacco Research Institute,CAAS were selected to investigate some agronomic traits, yield and production value and their correlations. Results indicated that all the traits were found different degree of variation among tobacco varieties and breeding lines,while the coefficient variations of stem girth,middle leaf length and width were relatively lower. Highly significant positive correlation was found between pitch and both yield and production value,with the correlation coefficients of 0. 452( P < 0. 01) and 0. 519( P < 0. 01),respectively,while the significant negative correlation was between stem girth and both yield and production value with the correlation coefficients of -0. 400( P < 0. 01) and -0. 422( P < 0. 01),respectively. Results of path analysis further indicated that the correlation between yield and both pitch and leaf number was significantly positive,with the partial correlation coefficients of 0. 519 and 0. 385,respectively,while the correlation between yield and stem girth was significantly negative,with the partial correlation coefficient of -0. 594. The direct path coefficient between yield and pitch reached 0. 706.Similarly,the correlation between production value and both pitch and leaf number was also significantly positive,with the partial correlation coefficients of 0. 618 and 0. 478,respectively,while the correlation between production value and stem girth was significantly negative,with the partial correlation coefficient of -0. 625. The direct path coefficient between production value and pitch was highest,reached 0. 862.Considering the climate characteristic of southern Anhui province,these results suggested that varieties with larger pitch as well as appropriate topping height,stem girth and middle leaf length would be more suitable for planting in southern Anhui area.
