巨菌草混合中药渣栽培茶树菇YBS408的营养成分分析及营养价值评定

Determination and Analysis of Nutritional Components in Fruiting Body of Agrocybe cylindracea YBS 408 Cultivated with Pennisetum giganteum and Chinese Herbal Medicine Residues

测定并分析巨菌草混合中药渣栽培的茶树菇YBS 408的子实体的营养成分及营养价值评定。依据国标及常规方法,测定茶树菇子实体部分的灰分、蛋白质、矿质元素、17种氨基酸等含量并分析、评定。测定结果表明:茶树菇子实体中灰分、蛋白质的含量依次为10.4%,28.9%;含有多种矿物质元素,其中,钾和磷含量最高;含有17种氨基酸,氨基酸含量总量为15.92 g/kg,其中,赖氨酸含量最高,占氨基酸总量的21.36%;必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的46.29%。巨菌草混合中药废渣栽培的茶树菇营养成分全面,营养价值高,具有良好的经济价值和市场开发前景。

To determine and analyze nutritional components in fruiting body of Agrocybe cylindracea YBS408 cultivated with Pennisetum giganteum and Chinese herbal medicine residues The contents of nutritional components in fruiting body of A. cylindracea YBS 408 cultivated with P. giganteum and Chinese herbal medicine residues were determined with international standard methods and common methods. which including ash,protein,mineral elements,17 amino acids etc. Contents of ash,protein in the dry sample were 10. 4%,28. 9%,respectively. And the samples contained many kinds of mineral elements,of which the content of K was the most,secondly for P. Additionally,contented 17 kinds of amino acids,total contents were 15. 92 g/Kg. In which Lysine content was the highest,accounting for 21. 36% of total amino acids,and essential amino acids were 46. 29%. A. cylindracea cultivated with P.giganteum and Chinese herbal medicine residues was a kind of delicious edible mushroom with comprehensive nutrients and high nutritive value. which have good economic benefits and great potential to be developed.
