摘要
为了证明充气时间对煤中瓦斯放散初速度测定结果的影响,利用WT-1型瓦斯放散初速度测定仪分别测定了7~10目与35~60目、10~18目与35~60目分别按6∶1、5∶2、4∶3、3∶4、2∶5及1∶6比例混合条件下的瓦斯放散初速度,实验结果表明充气时间对煤中瓦斯放散初速度的影响较大,就上述设备无法确保测试煤样达到吸附平衡状态提出了改进方案,详细阐述了改进后WT-1型瓦斯放散初速度测定仪的工作原理及工作流程。
In order to prove the the influence of time of filling gas on initial speed of methane diffusion,initial speed of methane diffusion of coal sample that 7 to 10 mesh and 35 to 60 mesh,10 to 18 mesh and 35 to 60 mesh were mixed in the ratio of 6 :1,5 :2,4 :3,3 :4,2 :5 and 1 :6 were determined by WT-1 type initial speed of methane diffusion tester. Experimental results show that the time of filling gas on initial speed of methane diffusion has great influence. Because the above equipment can not ensure that the test coal sample reach the adsorption equilibrium state,the improvement scheme is proposed.Operation principle and workflow of the improvement WT-1 type initial speed of methane diffusion tester are elaborated in detail.
