基于灰色关联度的隔热混凝土性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 混凝土中掺入陶粒、玻化微珠能在保证强度的同时具有良好的保温隔热效果。本文通过正交试验的方法,研制出以陶粒掺量、玻化微珠掺量和粉煤灰掺量为变量的隔热混凝土,运用灰色关联度分析方法得到不同实验周期对含水率的影响程度,并对三组变量对于隔热混凝土导热系数、抗压强度、抗拉强度及抗折强度的影响进行研究;由功效系数法得到最佳配比,对最佳配比的导热系数和抗压强度非线性拟合,得到拟合公式分别为y=ln(1.76-0.01X)和y=11.2X0.238。结果表明:实验周期14天对混凝土含水率下降影响最明显,下降速度由快变缓;三组变量对隔热混凝土导热系数、抗压强度、抗拉强度和抗折强度影响顺序皆为玻化微珠掺量>陶粒掺量>粉煤灰掺量,玻化微珠掺量占影响比63.34%,陶粒掺量占影响比26.05%,粉煤灰掺量占影响比10.61%;最佳配比为水灰比为0.4,陶粒掺量20%,玻化微珠掺量60%,粉煤灰掺量10%。 The concrete mixed with ceramsite,vitrified beads can guarantee the strength and has good insulation effect.Through the orthogonal test method,developed by the ceramsite content,the amount of glass beads and fly ash content as thermal insulation concrete variables,using gray correlation analysis method in different experimental period to get the influence degree of the water content,and to analyze the influence of three sets of variables on thermal conductivity,compressive strength,tensile strength and flexural strength of heat insulation concrete. Using the influence of efficacy coefficient method to get the best proportion,then the nonlinear fitting of the thermal conductivity and compressive strength of the optimum ratio were carried out to get fitting formulas y = ln( 1. 76-0. 01X) and y = 11. 2 X0. 238.The results showed that: the experimental period of 14 days on the water content of concrete decreased most significantly,and the speed of descent is slowing down; the influence of three sets of variables on thermal conductivity,compressive strength,tensile strength and flexural strength of the insulating concrete were all in the order of the amount of vitrified beads > ceramsite content > fly ash content and the amount ofvitrified beads accounted for 63. 34%, ceramsite content accounted for 26. 05%, fly ash content accounted for 10. 61%; the optimum ratio of water cement ratio is 0. 4,the ceramsite content is 20%,the amount of vitrified beads is 60%,fly ash content is 10%.
