小水电厂并网定址选容方案研究和设计 被引量:1

摘要 合理的电源布局可以提高电能质量和供电可靠性,降低能耗。在我国远距离大容量输电的环境下,可再生能源的利用被认为是传统电网的有效补充,很有发展潜力。小水电厂接入配电网,对网损、电网电压分布的影响,与小水电厂的接入位置和容量有很大关系。文章基于小水电厂在5种不同接线模式下,按负荷递减分布规律,对不同容量的小水电厂接入网络中3个典型位置的极限准入容量、最优容量进行研究。采用综合评价体系分四步对最优容量进行评价,计算各方案与最优方案的海明距离,距离最小的方案即为最优方案,对应容量为最优容量。文章可以为小水电厂在并网规划中的定址优容问题提供重要的参考决策。 Reasonable distribution of power supply can improve the quality of electric power and the reliability of power supply, and reduce power consumption. In the national environment of power transmission with long distance and large capacity,the exploitation of renewable energy is assumed to be the effective supplementary of traditional power network,and has great development potential. The impact of connection with power network on power loss and distribution of power network voltage,has great relationship with the location and capacity of small hydro. In our paper,based on 5 different connection modes and by decreasing power loads,we illustrate limit capacity and optimal capacity of three different typical location of small hydro. We adopt a comprehensive evaluation method with 4 steps on the optimality of capacity. The scheme with least distance to coastline is the optimal scheme,and the corresponding capacity is optimal capacity. Our paper can provide valuable suggestions on choosing location and capacity of small hydro.
