摘要 为了驱动煤矿大功率的电机,现在煤矿用的大功率变频器、无功补偿和变压器,体积都很大。本文设计煤矿井下无工频变压器完全可以满足煤矿井下多负荷多电压等级的需要,它由前端整流级、中间高频隔离变换级和后端逆变级大部分组成,用工频变换器取代了传统体积庞大的电磁变压器,不但节省了井下的空间,并且可以满足功率因数和AC的变频变压,使煤矿井下变压器具有可靠性高、谐波污染小、输入输出功率范围宽等优点。 In order to complete the high power motor drive in the current coal mine,usually need to apply very huge transformers,reactive power compensation device and high power frequency conversion device,etc. In this paper,design of non-power frequency transformer of underground coal mine can completely meet the needs of a lot of kinds of load voltage grade. It is composed of front-end cascaded H bridge rectifier,middle high frequency isolated DC/DC conversion and the back-end of cascaded H bridge inverter,it cancels power unit of the traditional cascade multilevel converter in the power frequency transformer. The high-frequency transformer can narrow the volume of the converter. And front cascade of this type power converter can realize unit power factor. The back-end can change variable frequency of ac voltage. Non-power frequency transformer of underground coal mine has high reliability,small harmonic pollution,wide range of input and output power,etc.
