摘要
隧道中渗漏水是由于围岩地下水对混凝土的冻融破坏及侵蚀破坏,对隧道的运营安全及行车安全造成极大威胁。因此文中提出将粉煤灰掺入隧道施工的混凝土中,并研究其对混凝土防水抗渗性能的影响作用。首先,利用正交实验方法分析了对隧道施工混凝土的抗压强度和抗渗性能产生影响的因素,其中包括粉煤灰掺入量、水胶比及超量取代系数等方面。正交实验结果显示,对于养护30 d的混凝土,其强度和抗渗性能影响程度大小为水胶比略大于粉煤灰掺入量,并提出运用增加减水剂降低水胶比,同时增加粉煤灰掺入量的方法增强混凝土抗压强度。然后,在水胶比相同条件下,运用不同种类粉煤灰,对最优掺入量与最优品质的粉煤灰进行分析,并与混凝土进行配比设计成为防水抗渗性能强的混凝土实现隧道施工过程。
The leakage of water in the tunnel is caused by the freeze-thaw damage and damage of the surrounding rock to the concrete,which poses a great threat to the safety and safety of the tunnel operation. Therefore,in this paper,fly ash is added to concrete in tunnel construction,and its influence on waterproof and impermeability of concrete is studied. Firstly,the influence factors of the compressive strength and impermeability of concrete in tunnel construction are analyzed by orthogonal experiment,including the amount of fly ash,the ratio of water to glue and the coefficient of excess substitution. The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the curing 30 days of concrete, the strength and impermeability of the influence degree is greater than the mix amount of fly ash water glue,and make use of the increase of water reducing agent reducing water binder ratio,while increasing the method of fly ash incorporation in reinforced concrete strength. Then,the water cement ratio under the same conditions,the use of different types of fly ash,the optimal doping amount and the optimal quality of fly ash are analyzed,and matching design become the impermeability of strong concrete and concrete realization process of tunnel construction.
