摘要
湖泊水富营养化已经成为生态系统中的严重环境问题,利用植物富集氮磷元素净化修复水体。文中以西安市园林造景水体为背景,研究沉水植物重建对水体氮磷元素含量的影响。选择3种沉水植物竹叶眼子菜、温丝草和扁草,将它们移栽至实验室内污染底泥中,经过45 d运用硫酸钾氧化法检测水体总氮、总磷含量;采用纳氏试剂比色法及钼黄比色法分别检测氨态氮、磷酸根磷含量。结果显示:单株沉水植物对水体中总氮去除率大小顺序为温丝草>竹叶眼子菜>扁草;对水体中总磷去除率大小排序为竹叶眼子菜>温丝草>扁草。分别配置不同种植密度沉水植物,分析水体中不同密度程度的沉水植物对水体中氮磷元素去除效果影响程度.结果表明:随着沉水植物种植密度增加,净化效果也随之提升。通过实验证明沉水植物对藻类有强抑制作用使水质得到修复。
Lake eutrophication has become a serious environmental problem in the ecological system,water purification and restoration by plant nitrogen and phosphorus enrichment. Based on the landscape water in Xi’An City,the influence of submerged plant reconstruction on the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in water body was studied. Three kinds of Potamogeton malaianus,warm grass and grass flat wire,the sediment pollution they were transplanted to the laboratory,after 40 days with potassium sulfate oxidation method was used to detect the total nitrogen and total phosphorus content; using Nessler ’s reagent colorimetric method and molybdenum yellow colorimetry were used to ammonia nitrogen and phosphate phosphorus content. The results showed: the rate of the order of temperature of potamogetonmalaianus JD > > flat grass submerged plant to plant water total nitrogen removal; TP in water removal rate of the order of potamogetonmalaianus silk grass flat grass temperature > >. Equipped with different planting density of submerged plants,remove the influence degree,effect of nitrogen and phosphorus elements in different density degree of submerged macrophytes in water analysis results show that: with the increase of planting density of submerged macrophytes,the purification effect is also increasing. Experiments have proved that submerged macrophytes have strong inhibitory effect on algae,so that water quality can be repaired.
