施用不同有机肥对盆栽大豆土壤可溶性有机质和无机氮含量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of the Different Organic Fertilizers on Dissolved Organic Matter Concentrations and Inorganic Nitrogen Concentrations in the Soils of Soybean Pot Experiments

摘要 通过大豆的盆栽试验,研究了施用两种常见的有机肥——腐殖酸有机肥和甲壳素有机肥后紫色土可溶性有机碳、氮的变化特征。试验结果表明:与未施肥处理相比,在整个大豆生长期间,施用腐殖酸和甲壳素有机肥处理均显著增加了土壤硝态氮含量;只有施用腐殖酸有机肥处理,在发芽期和出枝期,土壤铵态氮含量显著高于未施肥处理,而两种有机肥都是在结荚期显著低于未施肥处理。与未施肥处理相比,在整个生育期,除施腐殖酸有机肥的开花期和结荚期,施用腐殖酸和甲壳素有机肥处理均显著提高了土壤可溶性有机碳含量;除出枝期,施用有机肥处理均显著降低了土壤可溶性有机氮含量。 The soybean pot experiments were done to study the changes of carbon and nitrogen in the purple soil by applying the humic acid organic fertilizer and chitin organic fertilizer.,The application of humic acid and chitin in the whole growth period both raised significantly the soil ’s nitrate-nitrogen concentrations,but the ammonium-nitrogen concentration of soil treated only with humic acid in the flowering stage and branching stage was significantly higher than that of non-fertilized soil. Except for the flowering stage and the bearing pod stage of applying the humic acid organic fertilizer,the application of both humic acid and chitin raised significantly the soil’s dissolved organic carbon(DOC) concentrations compared with that of non-fertilized group. Except for the branching stage in the whole growth period,the dissolved organic nitrogen(DON) concentrations of soil treated with humic acid and chitin were significantly lower than that of non-fertilized soil.
