基于组合赋权的城市配电网模糊综合评价方法

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Urban Distribution Network Based on Combination Weighting

为了提高模糊综合评价的科学性,针对主观或者客观及主客观结合的赋权方法的局限性,提出了一种基于最优组合模型的赋权方法。该方法以改进的层次分析法和灰色关联法分别确定的主客观权重为依据,以组合权重与得到的主客观权重之间偏差最小为目标建立模型,进而确定最优组合权重。在此基础上通过模糊综合评价确定城市配电网的运行状态,提出了基于组合赋权的城市配电网模糊综合评价方法。利用该评价方法对某市配电网整体状况进行分析,结果表明,组合赋权法是合理的,同时还验证了城市配电网模糊综合评价方法的有效性,为配电网规划建设提供理论参考。

In order to improve the rationalization of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,considering the limits of weighting according to the subjective or objective principle and their combination,a new weighting method based on the optimal combination model is proposed in this paper. The subjective and objective weight is determined by the improved analytic hierarchy process and the grey correlation method respectively. On that basis,the aim is to minimize the deviation between the combined weights and the subjective and objective weights,so the model is established,then the optimal combination weights are determined. By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the method mentioned above,the operation status of urban distribution network is obtained,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of urban distribution network based on combination weighting is proposed. The results show that the combination weighting method is reasonable by using this method to analysis the overall state of urban distribution network,and also verify the validity of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of urban distribution network. It provides a theoretical reference for the planning and constructing towards theurban distribution network.
