摘要
本系统是将现场总线技术应用于气力输灰控制系统的设计,提出了火电厂气力输灰基于均衡用气流量的节能控制策略,给出了控制系统的架构方式、硬件及软件设计,人机界面采用Lab Windows CVI编写,实现对数据的实时采集、显示、存储和查询等功能。实践证明,这一系统界面友好、运行稳定、节能效果明显、具有很强的应用价值。
This system is the design and application of fieldbus technology to the pneumatic conveying control system,proposed power plant energy saving control strategy based on Pneumatic Ash equilibrium with the gas flow,the hardware architecture,control system and software design are given. The man-machine interface by Lab Windows CVI,to achieve real-time data acquisition,display,storage and query functions. Practice has proved that this system has a friendly interface,stable operation,obvious energy saving effect,and has strong application value.
