摘要
车身作为公交车的主要承载结构,其骨架强度和刚度是重要设计与评价指标。借助CAD软件建立某12 m公交车车身骨架三维数字模型,运用有限元法,采用有限元软件建立骨架的有限元模型,并对其进行水平弯曲、极限扭转、紧急制动以及急速转弯4种典型工况的模拟,分析其静态特性,确定车身骨架强度、刚度不足以及富裕的部位,为车身骨架的轻量化设计或者结构优化提供参考。
A three-dimensional digital model of the 12 meter bus body frame was established with the assistance of CAD software. Then,the finite element model of body frame based on finite method was established. In order to determine the lack and affluent of strength and rigidity parts on body frame,the simulation on four kinds of typical working condition was carried out,and the static characteristics of body frame were analyzed,and the results provide reference for lightweight and structure optimization. The four condition are horizontal bending,torsion limit,emergency braking and sharp turns working condition.
