基于移动终端的火灾调查辅助系统构建

Fire Investigation Assistance System Construction Based on Mobile Terminal

针对目前火灾调查工作难度大、问题多、人才培养模式单一、方便实用的技术指导装备及火灾勘验基础数据库体系欠缺的现状,提出构建基于移动终端的火灾调查辅助系统的设想。该系统紧密结合火灾调查的业务需求,以'火灾事故分析认定要点'、'执法程序要点'、'火灾现场典型痕迹识别'、'法律文书制作要点'、'基础数据库查询'、'交流天地'及'业务考核'等为主要模块.可用于辅助指导火灾调查人员进行现场调查以及日常学习和业务交流,加强各地先进经验和优质资源的共享,从而提高火灾调查人员的执法素质和工作效率,实现火灾调查业务和任职能力的提升。

In front of problems of fire investigation,such as the increasing difficulty,the lacking of technical guidance and practical database system,the fire investigation assistance system based on the use of mobile terminal was designed. This system covers all the fire investigation business needs,combined the blocks of "fire accident analysis identified points","law enforcement points"and "typical traces of fire scene identification","legal instrument making points"and "basic database query","socializing space"and "business review " together,assisting the fire investigators to study relative business and strengthen the sharing of all the advanced experience and high-quality resources,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of fire investigation work.
