微生物降解土壤多环芳烃技术研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 多环芳烃具有较高的固水分配系数且生物可利用性偏低,容易对土壤造成大面积污染,使人类活动及健康遭受不良影响可能性增大。土壤多环芳烃污染已成为主要环境问题,污染土壤的修复日益迫切,在各类多环芳烃污染修复方法中,微生物技术修复污染土壤因其成本低、降解效率高、污染少等优点被广泛关注。文章介绍了多环芳烃的降解微生物,从微生物自身层面这一新的角度上介绍了微生物降解机理,讨论了微生物修复过程的影响因素,展望了今后的研究趋势。 Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons( PAHs) with the characters of low steam pressure,high octanol-water distribution coefficient and low biological availability easy to cause large-scale pollution of the soil increased suffer adverse effects possibility of human activities and health. Soil pollution has become a major environmental probleml environmental issue and remediation of contaminated soil is becoming extremely urgent. Among all kinds of soil remediation techniques,bioremediation is receiving more and more attention because of its safety and low cost. In this work,the PAHs-degrading microbe and mechanism from the microbiological point of view was reviewed. The affecting factor in microbial remediation of PAHs contaminated soil were introduced. In addition,the research prospect of PAHs degradation was discussed.
