摘要 采用偏高岭土等量取代磷酸镁水泥的方法,研究偏高岭土对磷酸镁水泥凝结时间及早期力学性能的影响,采用无电极电阻率对早期水化过程进行研究,并通过XRD对水化产物进行分析。试验结果表明:偏高岭土缩短了磷酸镁水泥凝结时间;偏高岭土提高了磷酸镁水泥净浆抗压强度,但对磷酸镁水泥砂浆性能产生不利影响;偏高岭土影响了磷酸镁水泥水化过程、水化产物的数量及结晶程度。 The effects of the metakaolin on setting time and early mechanical properties of MKPC were investigated by replacing magnesium potassium phosphate cement( MKPC) with the metakaolin. The early hydration process was studied by non-contacting electrical resistivity. The hydration products were also analyzed by X-ray diffractometer( XRD). The results showed that the metakaolin reduced the setting time. The metakaolin improved the compressive strength of magnesium phosphate cement paste,however it decreased the early mechanical properties of magnesium phosphate cement mortar. The metakaolin influenced the hydration process,the degree of crystallization and the amount of hydration products.
