摘要
运用ANSYS软件在模态分析的基础上对公司最新研制的K型井架进行了地震谱响应分析,得到井架主要变形发生在人字架、二层台、顶端以及井架的四根立柱,钻机井架最大位移20.333 mm,最大弯矩-45825.0 N·m,最大应力0.70805E+08 Pa以及位移频率曲线、位移高度曲线等结果。结果表明:井架结构在地震作用下谱响应值变化合理,符合美国API4F标准的要求;X向是井架的主振方向,与实际情况一致。为石油钻机井架的抗震理论研究和工程设计提供参考依据。
This text applies ANSYS software to the seismic response spectrum analysis on the basis of modal analysis for the company’s newly developed type K derrick,showing that derrick main deformation occurs at the top of the shaft bracket,platform,and the four columns of derrick,with rig derrick 20. 333 mm maximum displacement,maximum bending moment45825. 0 N·m,maximum stress e + 08 Pa 0. 70805 and frequency curve of displacement and displacement height curve.It turned out that the change of the derrick structure response spectrum values under the action of earthquake is reasonable,which is in line with the requirements of the standard API4 F; It is consistent with the actual situation that X axis is the main vibration direction of derrick. It provides a reference for oil drilling rig derrick seismic theory research and engineering design.
