摘要
钻井作业过程中井漏事故的提前预警,是做好防漏治漏工作的前提和基础。以井漏复杂事故的发生机理为基础,引入案例推理将正钻井和发生井漏事故的已钻井进行对比,当相似度达到设定阈值时系统将预警并进行停钻处理,避免井漏事故的发生或进一步恶化。实例说明该方法在川西北钻井实践中的应用,计算结果表明,使用案例推理方法对钻井过程中的井漏复杂事故的预警具有可行性,极大有助于井漏复杂事故的提早发现和预防。
An early previous warning of loss circulation in drilling operation is the premise and foundation of preventing and managing loss circulation. Compare drilling well with drilled well based on the theory of loss circulation. A warning would be occurred and stop drilling when the Similarity arrived at the settled threshold value as to preventing the accident worse. The case ’ application in northwest of Sichuan demonstrate that it is viable in the field of loss circulation. It can tremendously contribute to the discovery and precaution in loss circulation.
