摘要
阐述了拉曼散射原理、分布式光纤测温原理和系统框架。分析了光纤光栅火灾监测技术在浮顶油罐消防安全应用中存在的问题,依据分布式光纤火灾监测的特点,设计了用于浮顶油罐火灾监测的分布式光纤火灾监测系统。该系统在监测运行时具有“双端防断纤、双机防宕机”的特点。即系统在一台测温主机出现故障停止工作时,另外一台主机运行,保证系统工作不间断。一条通道光纤断裂时,主机的另一条通道启动,保证系统的正常工作。这样设计极大提高了系统安全性和稳定性。传感光纤采用镀锌钢管和防爆金属软管进行保护,并埋地铺设。通过实验运行,验证了分布式光纤测温技术在浮顶油罐消防中应用的可行性。
Brief introduction about Raman scattering theory, distributed optical fiber temperature measurement theory and the system frame. Analysis of the fiber grating probe floating roof tank fire safety problems existing applications,and that bases on the characteristics of distributed fiber optic temperature sensors,design a distributed temperature measurement system for fire floating roof tank fire protection.The characteristic of the system is "double-ended anti-broken fiber,double room fault"—-the system will fail to work when the host stops working,another host starts to ensure uninterrupted system operation.When a fiber breaks,another channel host starts to ensure the normal operation of the system. This design improves greatly system’s security and stability. Sensing optical fiber uses galvanized steel and explosionproof metal hose for protection. In the meanwhile,it takes the way of laying the tube to underground. The feasibility of the application of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement technology in floating roof oil tank is verified by experiment.
