摘要 提出基于超声空化理论对去除蔬菜农药的清洗器结构实现模糊控制设计。首先,利用超声换能器对水溶液中的空化核在超声场环境下进行振动,声压到达极大值时使空化泡迅速增长并在振荡过程中出现辐射扭力,该扭力可使液体形成环流运动并对蔬菜中的残留农药实现清洗;其次,利用变论域模糊控制理论对清洗器洗涤蔬菜后的浑浊度进行设定,插入误差项和误差变化率项为模糊控制器的论域伸缩因子,采用传感器监测蔬菜清洗后溶液的浑浊度变化范围,并对清洗器实现精确控制达到去除蔬菜中农药的效果。仿真实验证明,利用文中基于超声空化理论的清洗模糊控制器对蔬菜中的残留农药实现了有效清除。 In this paper the theory of ultrasonic cavitation fuzzy control design to achieve cleaner structure based on the removal of pesticide. First of all,the cavitation nuclei in the aqueous solution of vibration in ultrasonic field environment using ultrasonic transducer,pressure reaches maximum value when the radiation torque appears in the cavitation bubble oscillation process and rapid growth,the torque can make the liquid circulation and the formation of pesticide residue in vegetables is clean; secondly,the use of variable domain the theory of fuzzy control set for washer washing vegetables after insertion of turbidity,error and error rate for the domain extension factor of fuzzy controller,the range of variation of the solution turbidity sensor to monitor the vegetables after cleaning,and to achieve precise control of cleaner to remove the effect of pesticides in vegetables. The simulation results show that the fuzzy controller based on ultrasonic cavitation theory can effectively eliminate the residual pesticide in vegetables.
