摘要
GLC涂层是一种类石墨碳膜涂层,具有良好的自润滑性能,使得刀具和工件材料的摩擦系数大大降低,减少了摩擦热,但是目前还没有GLC涂层切削性能的相关研究。本文采用牌号为YT15的硬质合金刀具和以YT15为基体的硬质合金GLC涂层刀具,在车床上进行了LY12铝合金的干切削性能实验。实验数据对比结果表明,在相同切削条件下,GLC涂层切削性能远超YT15硬质合金,GLC涂层刀具比YT15刀具更适合切削LY12铝合金。
GLC coating has good self-lubricating property,which can greatly improve the friction performance of the tool and the workpiece material,but the research on the cutting performance of the cutting performance is still only. In this paper,the YT15 cemented carbide tool with GLC coating cutting,LY12 aluminum alloy stem cutting performance experiment,comparing the test results of different cutting conditions and cutting performance of the coated tool GLC curves have been obtained,to provide reference for the promotion of GLC coated tools.
