摘要
通过SolidWorks建立了套筒式连接器的三维模型,并将该模型导入ABAQUS分析了其在外压及内压荷载下的力学性能。实际工况为工作内为34.5 MPa,工作水深1500 m,本文分析了在该工况下套筒式连接器对中、锁紧机构在执行过程中的应力分布情形,同时分析了卡爪与驱动环之间的自锁情况。文章同时对连接器在内压荷载及外压荷载下的密封性能进行了重点分析,具体研究了卡爪和密封圈在设定工况下的应力分布并进一步导出其应力云图、位移云图。通过上述分析可知,该型套筒式连接器选材、设计参数合理,可有效保证连接和密封性能的可靠性,并具有一定的安全冗余度。
A 3 dimensional model of pipeline collet connector was established with Solidworks and was introduced into ABAQUS for analysis. The operating pressure is set as 34. 5 MPa and the preset operating water depth is 1500 m. The centering and locking performance were tested under this predefined condition,the sealing performance of lens ring was emphatically investigated and the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram was derived. Through these analysis it can be confirmed the mentioned collet connector systems are dedicated designed and could meet the desired requirements.
