摘要
为解决传统降电压及星三角启动方式在三相异步电机启动时出现的启动力矩不足问题,采用MCS51单片机作为控制单元设计的软启动器,主回路功率器件选用晶闸管,通过算法实现晶闸管导通角的控制,从而解决异步电动机的启动冲击电流大、启动力矩不足问题,并对异步电动机进行状态监测和保护,系统结构简单、响应速度快,使用方便。实验表明:所设计的软启动器可以有效的降低电机启动时对电网的冲击,提高启动转矩,具有较好的实用性。
In order to solve not enough starting torque by traditional drop voltage and Y-△start patterns appear in the three-phase asynchronous motor starting,using the thyristor as main circuit devices,the use of MCU to control the powerful,by adjusting the thyristor conduction angle to realize the asynchronous motor soft start,soft stop,real-time monitoring and various protection functions. With digital PWM adjustable pressure technology application,and the high performance MCU as the control core of the system,can make the soft starter with control quickly and accurately,fast response,stable operation,reliable,and other advantages. Experimental results show that the design of the soft starter can effectively the reduced motor starting when on the grid impact, increase the starting torque and has better practicability.
