环形LC单元导线表面的激光镀镍研究

摘要 LC单元导线作为EMI平面滤波器的重要构成部分,其连接方式和电磁参数特性对滤波器的高频插入损耗性能产生重要的影响。传统用于平面滤波器的单元导线多采用纯铜材质和矩形构造,不利于高频损耗的改善和提高。提出一种环形的LC单元导线设计,对单元导线进行激光镀镍实验;选取发射波长为0.5μm的激光光源照射与光束截面相匹配的电镀阴极表面,使阴极附近区域的形成明显的温度梯度,提高了电流强度并改善电镀过程中镍金属的电沉积效率。实验结果表明,对环形LC单元导线的激光镀镍处理,可以明显地提高导线表面镀层强度和均匀性,改善高频滤波信号的衰减性能。 Unit wire as the important part of planar filter,the connection mode and characteristics of electromagnetic parameters on filter insertion loss at high frequency performance have a major impact.Traditional conductor is more used in planar filter unit adopts the pure copper and rectangular structure,improve against loss at high frequency. In this paper,a circular unit wire design,and the unit conductor laser nickel plating experiments; Select the emission wavelength of laser light to illuminate the match the beam section plating surface of cathode,the formation of an area near the cathode obvious temperature gradient,current intensity and improve efficiency of electroplating nickel metal in electroplating process.Experimental results show that the annular element conductor laser nickel plating processing, can obviously improve the conductor surface coating strength and evenness,improve the high frequency filtering signal attenuation performance.
