受限空间可燃气体CH4爆炸数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 SIMPLE算法是如今广泛应用于流体力学和传热学计算的数值方法,用于描述流体的流动和传热现象。但是,用于描述有限强度的压缩波或膨胀波物理过程的研究相对较少,如:受限空间可燃气体的爆炸。以CH4作为研究对象,用ANSYS FLUENT模拟CH4在二维平面爆炸过程受限空间气流温度,压力,密度,速度的变化情况。从Navier-Stokes方程出发,以CH4爆炸的那一时刻的温度和压力作为初始条件,固定远处壁面的气体速度为零作为边界条件,对可燃气体爆炸的圆面域进行计算。从计算的收敛程度来看,计算精度较高。 SIMPLE algorithm is now widely used in numerical methods of fluid mechanics and heat transfer calculations.The algorithm is used to describe fluid flow and heat transfer phenomena.However,the investigation of compression waves and expansion waves under the limited strength by the method are less,such as combustible gases explosion in enclosure.When CH4 was used studied and exploded in enclosure,the temperature,pressure,density and velocity of gases-fluid on the 2-dimensional plane were simulated by ANSYS FLUENT.Based on the Navier-Stokes equations.The temperature and pressure at the moment of CH4 explosion were used as initial conditions.The fluid that velocity is zero far away fixed wall was used as boundary conditions.The circular field of combustible gases explosion was calculated with these conditions.The computation had higher accuracy from the convergence of computing.
