摘要
以花椰菜为试验材料,通过设置不同浓度梯度Cr6+,分析重金属铬胁迫对花椰菜种子出苗和幼苗生长表现的影响,并探讨不同浓度处理下光合色素和花青素含量的差异。结果表明,当Cr6+浓度超过0.40m M时,花椰菜的出苗率受极显著影响;低浓度Cr6+引起花椰菜幼苗株高增加,但整体株高和根长随Cr6+浓度的升高而下降;叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量和类胡萝卜素含量下降达到极显著水平并随Cr6+浓度升高而不断降低;花青素含量在一定范围内随Cr6+浓度升高而升高,但该趋势具有限度。
Effects of chromium stress on seed emergence and seedling growth performance as well as differences in photosynthetic pigment and anthocyanin contents of cauliflower were studied by setting different Cr6+concentration gradient.Main results showed that the germination of cauliflower seed was significantly inhibited when the concentration of Cr6+was higher than 0.40 m M,and low Cr6+concentration lead to a slight increase of plant height but in general,plant height and root length decreased according to the increase of Cr6+concentration.Contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid decreased following the increased Cr6+concentration,meanwhile content of anthocyanin increased by the increased concentration of Cr6+in a limited range.
