摘要
为了解决普通轻集料混凝土存在的抗压强度低,工作性能差等问题,本文根据高性能轻集料混凝土的制备理论和方案,并选取稳定性、流动性、抗压强度作为评价指标,研究了不同辅助胶凝材料对高性能轻集料混凝土的性能影响。结果表明:磨细矿渣和硅灰能大幅度提高轻集料混凝土的抗压强度,改善其稳定性,但硅灰会严重降低其流动性。同时,由于粉煤灰的颗粒类似细微玻璃珠,具有改善轻集料混凝土工作性能,增强其流动性和稳定性的作用。因此,本文利用三种胶凝材料的复合超叠加效应,设计一系列不同掺入比例实验,根据实验结果选择磨细矿渣,粉煤灰和硅灰的最佳掺入比例参数为10%:10%:5%,为制备出工作性能和抗压强度俱佳的高性能轻集料混凝土提供了宝贵的经验。
In order to solve the questions of low compressive strength and poor work performance of the common lightweight aggregate concrete,the different influences of cementitious material on the high performance lightweight aggregate concrete(HPLC)have been studied.Some characteristics of concrete such as stabilization,liquidity and compressive strength are selected as the indices to evaluate HPLC.The research results show that fine slag and silica fume can greatly increase the compressive strength and stabilization of HPLC,but the liquidity of mixture will be decreased due to silica fume.Furthermore,flyash has the ability to improve the liquidityand stabilization due the shape of fly-ash particles likes glass bead.Further,the experiments of produce concrete with different ratio of the three types cementitious material are carried out.The result shows the optimal ratio of fine slag,fly-ash and silica fume is 10%:10%:5%.The experiment result gives valuable experience to produce high performance HPLC.
