摘要
在高层建筑进行基坑施工中,对因基坑施工产生的变形进行控制对不良地质条件下的边坡建设高层建筑具有重要的意义,是高层建筑深基坑研究领域较为重要的方面。在上海某高层建筑的背景下,采用基坑施工影响以及依据保护对象和基坑的相对关系对边坡高层建筑深基坑层位的位移进行计算,对边坡高层建筑深基坑施工产生变形进行控制的技术要点以及注意的事项进行详细的介绍,对基坑施工过程中结构产生变异进行有效地控制,减小基坑外地面的沉降,完成对不良地质条件下边坡高层建筑深基坑施工变形控制。控制结果与其他高层建筑工程进行对比表明,本工程采用的基坑围护的结构以及坑内的加固与支撑体系等控制措施,有效地控制了基坑产生的变形,保护了高层建筑的安全。
In high-rise buildings,the construction of foundation pit to control deformation because of the construction on poor geological conditions of slope construction of high-rise building has the vital significance,researches in high-rise building deep excavation is an important aspect.Under the background of a high-rise building in Shanghai,the use of influence,and according to the protection and construction of foundation pit excavation of the relative relations of high-rise building deep foundation pit slope strata displacement is calculated,the high-rise building construction of deep foundation pit slope deformation control technology of pharmacy,and paid attention to the detail,the structure variation in the process of foundation pit construction control effectively,reduce the field surface subsidence of foundation pit,complete the adverse geological conditions of slope deformation of deep foundation pit construction in high-rise building control.Control results compared with other high-rise building projects show that this project adopts in pit retaining structure of foundation pit and control measures such as strengthening and supporting system,and effectively control the deformation of foundation pit,protect the safety of high-rise buildings.
