装配式剪力墙中间层边节点的破坏形态试验分析

摘要 装配式钢骨混凝土具有承载力强、延性好等诸多优点,该种结构剪力墙在建筑行业应用范围较广,由于高层建筑中节点区域构造为关键部分。文中提出采用抗震实验,对装配式剪力墙中间层边节点破坏形态进行分析。利用有限元分析法先对混凝土的破坏规则、本构关系进行研究,再分析钢骨、钢筋弹塑性关系,根据上述力学分析设计装配式狗骨结构钢骨混凝土剪力墙。实验设计两个试件为普通剪力墙边节点试件JD-1和狗骨式剪力墙边节点试件JD-2,采用拟静力方法进行低周反复加载实验。通过两个试件对比实验结果表明,JD-1及JD-2试件破坏形态分为四个阶段,包括初裂阶段、屈服阶段、极限阶段及破坏阶段,根据破坏形态荷载滞回曲线分析可获知JD-2试件延性及耗能能力优势明显,抗震性能更加良好。 Prefabricated steel reinforced concrete has many advantages,such as strong bearing capacity,good ductility and so on.The structure shear wall is widely applied in the construction industry,because the area structure of high-rise building is the key part.In this paper,the seismic experiment is adopted to analyze the failure mode of the intermediate layer of the assembled shear wall.Firstly,the failure rules and constitutive relations of concrete are studied by finite element analysis.Then,elasto-plastic relationship between steel bar and reinforcement is analyzed.Based on the above mechanical analysis,a fabricated dog bone reinforced concrete shear wall is designed.Two specimens were designed for the test of normal shear wall side member JD-1 and dog bone shear wall side member JD-2.Pseudo static method was adopted for low cyclic loading test.Through two specimens comparative experimental results show that the JD-1 and JD-2 specimens are divided into four stages,including initial crack stage,yield stage,limit stage and failure stage,according to the damage form of load lag analysis can be informed of the JD-2 specimen ductility and energy dissipation capacity have obvious advantages to better seismic performance curve.
