摘要 针对传统温度传感装置测量精度低、抗干扰能力差的不足,提出一种Labview解调控制下的激光温度传感器设计。传感器结构采用光纤光栅作为核心的传感元件,基于Labview编程语言对光纤光栅中的调制波长进行检测,当系统光源发射的光入射到激光温度传感器时,与波长条件相符合的光被反射回来,不符合条件的光被滤除;温度的差异会引起反射波长的变化,依据反射波长的移动量,实现对温度变化的高精度测量。仿真实验结果证明,提出的激光温度传感器设计具有更高的检测精度。 In order to solve the problems of low precision and poor anti-interference ability of traditional temperature sensor,a design of laser temperature sensor based on Labview demodulation is presented.The structure of the sensor using fiber grating as the sensing element of the core, the Labview programming language to detect the modulation wavelength of fiber grating based on light emission system,when the incident laser temperature sensor,consistent with the conditions of the light wavelength is reflected back,do not meet the conditions of the light is filtered; the difference of temperature changes based on the amount of reflection wavelength, reflecting wavelength, to achieve high precision measurement of temperature change. The simulation results show that the proposed laser temperature sensor design has higher detection accuracy.
