摘要
针对果汁、红酒等温度高敏感性物品的保温运输,设计并制作了一种1000L大容量专用保温箱,利用COMSOL软件对所设计的保温箱进行了瞬态热分析,得到了保温箱内部温度随时间变化的规律和保温箱的保温时效。最后,将数值模拟结果与实验结果进行了对比与分析,两者的一致性表明了数值模拟方法和计算结果的可靠性,对企业生产具有一定的指导价值。
A kind of 1000 L special-purpose insulated box was designed and made for temperaturesensitive items such as juice and red wine. The COMSOL software was used to analyze the temperature of the insulated box,and the change of temperature inside the insulated box was obtained. The insulation aging of the insulated box was discussed. Finally, the simulation results are compared with the experimental data,the consistency of the two shows that the simulation method and the reliability of the calculation results,and it has certain guiding value for the enterprise production.
